Took Bella to the groomer at 9am and had originally planned for Eddie to collect her for me so I could get to Manchester in time for day 2 of the chocolate taste testing. As it happened they rang after an hour to say she would be ready by 10:30am so I managed to collect her myself to save Eddie a trip and got back with minutes to spare before Andy picked me up. We took turns driving to split the petrol and parking.
I forgot to mention I got a parking ticket yesterday :-/ Drive in and the barrier was up and it has number plate recognition, so when I got back to the carpark I entered my car reg and it told me how long I'd been there, which I paid. Then when I got back to the car there was a ticket on the windscreen. Took the shine off yesterday as it's a minimum £25 if you pay in 14 days. I'm going to contest it just in case as I paid for a ticket it's not like I was trying to get away with anything. Fingers crossed I get a sympathetic person on the phone Monday.
Taste test was good and I preferred today's product to yesterday's. I think I could be a chocolate taste tester for a living lol.
When I got home to my perfectly groomed baby it was STILL raining and looked like it was in for the day. Me and Fi had already planned a PS4 lazy day if it was raining so that's exactly what we did. We had a break for dinner but then pretty much played from the afternoon until 11:30pm. We did have a ot of catching up to do though as she has been away for 2weeks :-)
