Woke up again at 5am and this time did my amended morning plan which included my regular morning routine (showers, skincare, dressed feed Bella etc), then Yoga. I went to take her out for her walk and she was really not feeling it. I don't think the heavy rain helped, she just curled back up on the sofa as if to say,"err I don't think so" lol.
After breakfast (poached egg on toast) which I have no perfected the ideal yoke following some chef on ticktok. He cracks his egg into a sieve to let the watery stuff drain, bring the water to a boil with some salt in, gives it a swirl then drops the egg in, cooks for 2 mins then check the white isn't snotty, if it is an extra 30 secs. Drain on some kitchen paper while you butter the toast, so it doesn't get the bread all wet. Perfect! Not gonna lie though I could have eaten two eggs.
Mid-morning I went into town with Andy and Ryan for a top-secret (NDA signed) taste test over two days, got to try one new chocolate product today and then a different one tomorrow. £60 for the two days so worth it as it was literally in and out in 20 minutes and what's not to love about tasting chocolate?
Put a wash in when I go home with another product I have been sent to try in my laundry. It smelled FRESH when I took out of the machine and the whole house was filled with scent while my closes were drying. Rained again ALL DAY, which usually puts me in a funk but I just lit a candle in the office to give me a nice fragrance while I work and cracked on with my day.
