Had the half-yearly review with our Giftwrap company. This time it was all quite positive as out figures were already up on last year and we are only halfway through the year so the October meeting should be quite painless, fingers crossed. I have come to realise that I really hate meetings as they requires my attention for far too long and I get restless if I don't get chance to add input at regular intervals.
After the meeting, Me, Andy and Ryan went into Manchester to do a quick market research on some new razor packaging. Quite 15 mins in and out - £20 not bad. Except for the fact that I pretty much spent it buying some lunch and sweets lol. So I will withdraw £20 out of my bank to put in my holiday savings jar, then I have not used the money on rubbish.
When I got home I had received my latest product test in the post, so took a few initial pics ready for the posts I would need to do on social media of the coming weeks. I can drip-feed them in so they aren't all posted at once. It's always nice to get free stuff and I still try to be objective and give my honest opinion even though it was free.
Went bowling with Danni, Mason & Layton at the Trafford Centre. Preston was at his school prom so couldn't come with us. I have started spending more time with our Danni as she mentioned a while back that she feels like she doesn't have a social life and just works and goes home. When I get my Bucky activities through each month I now check with her to see which ones she fancies doing.
Mason pipped me to the post at bowling by 5 points, then Layton came 3rd and Danni 4th.We had some food while we were there then went on a few of the arcade games as it's been years since I went in an arcade, but I had an excuse being with the boys.
When I got home I finished watching "Blindspot" on channel 5 on demand and then did a bit of packing for London tomorrow. The coach is at 6:45am so I can finish off when I get up at 5am tomorrow.
