Up early and put the beef in the oven ready for dinner later.
Quite an uneventful day really as wanted to have a chilled-out day with my girls and just take them for a walk and then catch up on some Movies.
I watched an old episode of Oprah and it started me thinking about the top influences in my life so far. I don't mean celebs etc but people that have come into my life at one stage or another who have had a big impact on me. So I thought I would start today by just drafting up my Top 10 people and then on days when there is not much to write about I can maybe feature one of the top 10 in more detail and explain why they played such an integral part in shaping my life and who I have become to date. I have no doubt that others will come into my life and the list will increase to much more than those that are currently on it.
I also want to point out that even though these people I am crediting with having a big impact on my life, I also believe that every interaction we have, changes the course of our lives in one way or another. It might be that a chance encounter with someone at a party that we view as insignificant, might start a chain of events that lead us to meet someone that makes it onto our list. Equally just because someone isn't on this list does not mean i think any less of them it's just that these are the people I feel I have learned the most life lessons from.
